INTENSIVE 9 WEEK PROGRAM

Intensive 9-week customized accelerating program is designed to help startups achieve rapid growth and success. 

Program details

Selection process

We will select growth-stage startups based on their product-market fit, traction, and potential for growth. We will evaluate the startups' revenue, user acquisition, and other key performance indicators. We will consider startups that have already established a strong team, infrastructure, and operational processes.

 

Program structure

Week 1: Assessment and Strategy
In the first week of the program, we will conduct an assessment of the startup's current state and develop a customized growth strategy. We will evaluate the startup's strengths and weaknesses, market opportunities, and potential for expansion. We will work with the startup's team to identify key priorities and develop an action plan to achieve their growth objectives.

Week 2-3: Service/Product Refinement
In weeks 2-3, we will focus on refining the startup's product or service. We will work with the startup's team to identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance on optimizing the product or service to better serve their target market.

Week 4-5: Go-to-Market Strategy
In weeks 4-5, we will focus on developing a go-to-market strategy. We will work with the startup's team to identify the most effective marketing channels, and develop a plan to reach the target audience.

Week 6-7: Sales and Customer Acquisition
In weeks 6-7, we will focus on improving the startup's sales and customer acquisition. We will provide guidance on developing a sales strategy, and provide tips and best practices for closing deals and acquiring new customers.

Week 8: Financials and Fundraising
In week 8, we will focus on the startup's financials and fundraising strategy. We will work with the startup's team to develop a financial plan and projections, and provide guidance on fundraising strategies, including pitching to investors.

Week 9: Pitching and Demo Day
In the final week of the program, we will focus on preparing the startup's team for pitching to investors. We will provide guidance on creating a compelling pitch deck, and work with the team to practice their pitch. The program will culminate in a Demo Day, where startups will have the opportunity to pitch their businesses to a panel of investors.
